This leads to sub-optimal user flow, potential delays in critical compliance actions, and reduced overall efficiency. The core challenge is to transform this passive display into an active, intuitive hub that actively guides users through their workflow directly.

As the Assistant Product Manager for OneComply, I am driving this critical enhancement end-to-end. My responsibilities include leading user research and data analysis to precisely frame the problem, defining the strategic vision for the optimized navigation and overview page, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of a more efficient and user-centric application.
